Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns/exchange within 14 days of delivery. If you’d like to request a returns/exchange, please contact us first at info@naturaltreasureca.com with your order number.
Return Shipping
At this time, we do not provide prepaid return shipping labels, especially for international orders.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and you may choose any carrier that is most convenient for you.
Please make sure to keep the return tracking number and send it to us, as a valid tracking number is required for us to process the return in Shopify.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Please note:
Refunds apply to the item price only
Original shipping fees, duties, taxes, and return shipping costs are non-refundable
Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original packaging
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange for a different size or style, we recommend returning the original item first and placing a new order after the refund is completed.
